What is BrizoConsol?
BrizoConsol is a financial consolidation and reporting platform that integrates with Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB, and Zoho Books. It helps businesses and accounting firms streamline multi-entity consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis.
How can I sign up?
You can sign up for a free trial at brizoconsol.com/register — no credit card required. You'll have full access to the platform for 30 days.
What are the system requirements?
BrizoConsol is entirely cloud-based and runs in any modern web browser. No software installation, no IT setup required.
Where are BrizoConsol's servers located?
Servers are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore — ensuring data availability, performance, and compliance across regions.
Which accounting software does BrizoConsol integrate with?
BrizoConsol integrates directly with Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB, and Zoho Books. For other systems, you can upload data via CSV or request a custom integration.
How do I connect my accounting software?
Click the Connect button for your accounting system in Organisation Settings, then log in and authorise the connection. The initial sync happens almost instantly — no manual steps required after that.
Can I manage multiple organisations?
Yes — multi-entity management is core to BrizoConsol. You can consolidate data from as many organisations as your plan supports, across different accounting systems and currencies.
What reports can I generate?
BrizoConsol includes a consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow out of the box. You can also build custom reports with your own formulas, create dashboards, and use the Report Builder for bespoke layouts.
Can I export reports?
Yes — all reports and dashboards can be exported to PDF or Excel in one click. You can also schedule automatic delivery of Insight Packages to any stakeholders.
How is pricing structured?
BrizoConsol is priced per organisation per month: $15/org for 1–5 organisations, $12/org for 6–15, and $10/org for 16+. All plans include unlimited users and full platform access. See the Pricing page for details.
How does the free trial work?
Full access for 30 days — no credit card required. Connect your entities, explore all features, and only pay when you're ready. There's no auto-charge at the end of the trial.
Can I change plans?
Yes — your plan adjusts automatically as your number of organisations changes, reflected at your next billing cycle.
How is BrizoConsol different from reporting and analytics tools?
Reporting and analytics tools connect to your accounting system and visualise what's already there. They're useful for dashboards and trends, but they assume the consolidation work has already been done. BrizoConsol does that work — intercompany eliminations, currency translation, NCI, and GAAP tagging are computed in the data before any number reaches a report. The result is consolidated financials that are audit-ready, not just visually presented.
Can't I just build this in a BI or dashboard tool?
You can build charts and summaries, but you can't replicate consolidation accounting in a BI tool. Intercompany eliminations, CTA, NCI calculations, and multi-GAAP compliance require accounting logic applied at the data level — not display logic applied at the visualisation layer. If your group has intercompany transactions, foreign subsidiaries, or minority interests, a BI tool will show you the wrong numbers.
We're a larger group — is BrizoConsol still the right fit?
BrizoConsol is designed for groups of 3–20 entities. If you're running a significantly larger group with a dedicated finance transformation team, you may need an enterprise consolidation platform built for that scale. If you're in the 3–20 entity range and currently closing books in spreadsheets or disconnected systems, BrizoConsol is built exactly for that.
Is this built for accountants or for business owners?
Both use it, but it's built around how accountants close books. The workflow — connecting entities, mapping charts of accounts, running eliminations, applying GAAP tags, generating statements — is designed for the person doing the accounting work, not just reading the output. Business owners and CFOs get the consolidated view they need; accountants get the process depth to produce it correctly.
How secure is my data?
BrizoConsol uses SSL encryption, an encrypted database, 2FA, and multi-region servers. Credit card data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store it. See our Security page for full details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you delete a company from BrizoConsol, all associated data and access tokens are permanently removed from our system. No residual information is retained.
How can I contact support?
