We notify relevant authorities (PDPC, OAIC, EU DPAs, US regulators) and affected users if a breach poses a high risk. Where BrizoConsol processes personal data on behalf of a customer, we will notify the affected customer without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of a confirmed breach, together with reasonably available details of the breach and remediation steps taken.

We use generative AI technologies and chatbots to enhance user experience, provide automated support, and improve our services. These systems may process personal data to respond to inquiries, generate personalized content, and analyze usage patterns.
Our AI features are powered by AWS Bedrock, which provides access to third-party foundation models through Amazon Web Services' own infrastructure. Data submitted through our AI features is processed within the AWS region associated with your account and is not used by AWS or model providers to train their underlying foundation models, and is not shared with model providers beyond what is necessary to process your request.
We may collect and store anonymized AI chat interactions — including questions asked and responses generated — to improve the accuracy, relevance, and performance of our AI systems. This data is anonymized prior to storage and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Our AI systems do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Where automated decision-making is used, you have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notices, or website banners. Continued use implies acceptance.
